  The convenient location to the railway station as we were traveling by train. The hotel is also relatively close to the old town centre. Rooms were spacious and staff were helpful....

  web site showed that they had air conditioning when we got there they said that they did not have it. I could have stayed someplace else if I had known that felt like I was lied to. hotel was ok otherwise....

  I was very disappointed because your website mentions airconditioning. There is indeed airconditioning equipment but it is not used. And it was atrociously hot in the room, with a temperature of 27°C at night, when the outside temperature was at least 10° lower....

  lack of staff. Only one person running around to take care both the breakfast buffet and the same time the reception desk. Very polite staff at the reception but 2 out of 4 were not speaking english....
